Coach William Brooks, Founder of Moving Mindset Fitness, has helped develop athletes of all levels and experiences. In 2018, Coach Brooks launched The Unbreakable Knights, an Independent High School Football team, with most players who had not worn a helmet and hardly understood the game. Through his exceptional training regimen and the support of passionate and experienced staff, in their inaugural year, The Knight finished 6th in the State of Georgia and 2nd Place in the NACA Championship.
Speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) training build your athlete's ability to move in one direction as fast as possible, accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture, and react and change body position with a maximum rate of force production.
Students will build the SAQ skills, knowledge, and ability to dominate whether on the court, field, or ring.
Monday & Friday | 5:30 PM - 6:10 PM
Strength and conditioning training helps shed excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, bodyweight exercises, core training, and stretching.
Athletes will prepare their bodies to handle the high-impact physical demands of any sports arena.
Wednesday | 5:30 PM - 6:10 PM
Plyometrics is intense fitness training that involves using a stretch and contraction sequence of muscles to generate significant strength at high speed.
With each training session, athletes will improve overall power and explosiveness—for outstanding performance.
